Viktor Larkhill of Let’s Adopt International received a notification that someone found a dog in the mountains. He knew how risky the area was, so he quickly gathered his team and headed out to save the poor animal. Once at the site, the rescuers immediately began searching, and their hearts broke when they saw Luna.

Luna sat on rocks while she waited for someone to come and pick her up. No one knew exactly how long she’d been out there, but she was so skinny and filthy. She also couldn’t walk without feeling pain because of her injured legs.

Viktor and his crew gently carried the poor dog and loaded her into the rescue car. They hurried to get her to the animal hospital, where she received immediate medical attention. The vets performed several tests, including an X-ray, which revealed broken bones on her front legs.

Besides her leg injury, the doctors also found out that Luna was blind in both eyes. And to make things worse, an ultrasound revealed she was pregnant. Luna was in the worst state.

The vet team raced time to save the poor dog. They made sure to keep her comfortable throughout the procedures. Once she was healthy enough, Luna underwent surgery, and she took her time to recover.

Luna lost her babies, but she gained a new life. Thanks to her rescue family, she got a better shot at life. And in about six weeks after her rescue, Luna was ready for a fresh start.

Viktor, together with his rescue crew, promised to provide Luna the best home they could find. In no time, they found her perfect match. After all her sufferings, this resilient pup finally found her happy ending.

A beautiful family fell in love with Luna, so they reached out to Viktor and offered their home to the sweet dog. As soon as she got her medical clearance, Luna bid her goodbyes to her rescue friends and joined his new forever family.

  1. I agree Paul it’s just shocking that a so called human would treat an animal in this way.Wonderful that she’s now in a forever home. I also find it extremely upsetting.

    • wasn’t a human that did that in was the scum of humans. It breaks my heart to think that some butt weed could do that to their pet who always unconditional love to them
